HDTV Mounting bracket that raises, lowers and swivels?
Bought my husband our first HDTV (37") for Christmas. I have large windows in my house and not many options for mounting the HDTV. I'd really like to mount it under a window and be able to pull the tv up in front of the window a bit for watching and then lower it back down when it's not in use. Basically I am looking for a bracket that raises and lowers, is pretty flush to the wall when it's in the lowered position and hopefully still tilts left and right a bit. Ideally it would need a vertical range of about 8-10". Any suggestions? Thanks!
the VESA standard mounting pattern for the TV is 200X200mm
what you need is actually a full motion bracket (a tilting one does not have the capability of swivel right/left at all.
I got one for just over $100 at a Canadian site www.summitdeal.com , they have sent it with fedEx in a couple of days. comapred to Best Buy who also got it but asked $400 it was a great buy.
