Fell off wall and hurt knee..What should i do?
hey ya... im after falling off of a climbing wall in mount mellary in scout centre in waterford...it was around 1 30 ish pm
there was a soft matt but i went down on one knee and im quite heavy so i went down quite hard on to it and the matt made no difference
the leader found out but like all she said was walk it off and itl be grand
but now its greatly swollen compared to the other one...
and when i try to walk i get a sharp pain from my foot to my knee
i am currently resting it
it is too late to go to the doctors and too expensive
does any one know whats wrong with it and how i could trat it my self?
i think it might be sprained but i dunno much about it!
we have not learnt how to deal woth sprains!
its was 10 foot high with no safety harness
You could have spained your knee,or if it is swollen, the other problem could be water on the knee, go to the Dr and have the water syringed out, that will make a lot of thepain go.
