Would a HP 2009m 20'' Widescreen Digital/Analog LCD Monitor support 720p?

there is the link for the monitor, which has a native Resolution of 1600x900
if play my xbox 360 on this monitor, with a Microsoft VGA cable, what would the resoultion be?would be 720p, less, or more, and would the screen cut from the picture
P.S. the monitor has built in speakers, would this work with the aduio cable that comes with the vga cable

do u have both of them Or do u just wanna know both will be compatible(720p) Cuz if u have both of them then u should try running ur Xbox with the monitor. If the image quality is a bit pixelated or not so good then it may be running on 720p or if the quality is very good then it may be 1080p.

1280 x 720 (equivalent to 720p)

1920 x 1080 Are supported by Xbox
So if u already have that 1600x900 monitor and the Xbox then u should try and see and it should not be a problem cuz 1600x900 is 16:9 resolution and 720p(1280x720) and 1080p(1920x1080) are both 16:9 ratio widescreen resolutions also!
